Advancing Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Across New England

Dear NESPRS Members and Guests:

I am excited to invite you to the 67th Annual Meeting of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. The meeting will be held at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, Connecticut, June 4 - 6, 2027.

The Scientific Meeting will feature papers by Society members and residents/medical students from programs throughout New England, including the Murray Award Competition for best resident presentation and the Founder’s Award Competition. We will have panels on “hot-topics” in plastic surgery and our Visiting Professor will be Dr. Thomas Mustoe.

In addition to the scientific meeting, we will feature a family-friendly social program that will take advantage of this historic, grand resort.

I look forward to seeing everyone in June for a special weekend of education and community!

The New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons is one of the oldest regional plastic surgery societies.

In Boston in 1959, four forward-thinking plastic surgeons founded the Society based on their belief in bringing plastic surgeons together to promote education, improve rapport and increase scientific knowledge.

Standards and Ethics

To improve standards of practice of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
To promote and encourage the highest standards of ethical conduct among plastic and reconstructive surgeons practicing in New England.

Communication and Rapport

To improve rapport between plastic surgeons, patients and the general public.
To provide a medium for the exchange of information, ideas and knowledge relating to the art, science and development of plastic surgery.
