A block of 75 rooms has been reserved on June 3rd and June 4th for our registrants and exhibitors, which will be held until April 29th, 2011. After April 29th, any rooms remaining in the block will revert back to the hotel for sale on a first-come, first-served, basis and at the prevailing rates.
The room rate of $275.00 (Single or Double Occupancy) is subject to a Massachusetts state room tax of 11.7%, along with an Ocean Edge Resort fee of $16.00 per day.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT OUR ROOM BLOCK - Rooms have been reserved in the East Wing and West Wing buildings immediately behind the Mansion, along with 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units in the Bay Pines Village. This year we not only have the unusual and fortunate opportunity to have a standard hotel unit [Rate - $275.00] in the East Wing and West Wing buildings just behind the Mansion, but also 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condo units in the Bay Pines Village.
The 2-bedroom units share a living room area and kitchen facility with a dining table. Each bedroom has its own private bath - Bedroom One has a king bed and Bedroom Two has a queen bed. There is also a double-size sleep sofa in the living room. This arrangement works well for families coming with 1 - 2 children [Rate - $275.00 for each bedroom in the unit.] The 2-bedroom units are located behind the Mansion in our Bay Pines Village, which is very close to the resort's private beach.
The 3-bedroom units share a living room area and kitchen facility with a dining table. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Bedrooms One and Two have a king bed and Bedroom Three has two twin beds. There is also a double-size sleep sofa in the living room. This arrangement works well for friends who would like to be together but who also like their privacy. For example, 3 single residents would each have their own bedroom but could share the living room and kitchen area [Rate - $275.00 for each bedroom in the unit]. The 3-bedroom units are located behind the Mansion in our Bay Pines Village, which is very close to the resort's private beach.

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS - Notice of cancellation is required by May 20th, 2011, or 14 days prior to your arrival, in order to have your one-night's deposit refunded. After May 20th, all deposits are non-refundable.

Please plan your trip to the Cape to accommodate for the typical heavy traffic on Friday night. The same will apply for your Sunday afternoon trip returning home.Directions can be found on Google Maps. The address for Ocean Edge Resort is 2907 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631.
Once you are on Route 6 (the main highway) on Cape Cod, travel for approximately 30 minutes. Take Exit 10 to get on Route 124 North. Continue on Route 124 / Pleasant Lake Avenue for about 8 minutes. Turn right on Main Street / Route 6A. Ocean Edge will be just a few minutes ahead on the left.
