This year the 51st Annual Meeting of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons will be at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in The Berkshires in Hancock, Massachusetts. Exhibitors should review the Exhibitor Floorplan to select their #1 and #2 table location choices. Print out the Exhibitor Registration Form, which is available at the bottom of this page, complete it and fax your form if paying by credit card to Charlotte at 603-880-6660. If your payment is coming as a check from the Corporate office, please indicate that information on your form before faxing it to Charlotte at 603-880-6660, so that table selections can be made.
Please Note - Tables will be assigned on a 'first come, first served' basis.
If there will be more than one representative at the meeting, it is important to list the 'Contact Representative' first and indicate their email and best phone number (cell or office). The Contact Rep will be the one receiving all confirmations for payment receipt and table selection, or if there are any questions.
ROOM LOCATION - The Exhibits will be in Crane West of The Crane Center at Jiminy Peak. [The Scientific Session will be in Crane East.] Exhibit Table Cards will once again 'mark' each assigned table with their company's name. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to check the Exhibit space and their table location.
Early on Saturday morning the exhibit tables will be set up in Crane West and be ready for each exhibitor. The Saturday morning and Sunday morning 'Breakfast with the Exhibitors' and Coffee Breaks will be in the exhibit area as usual, allowing all attendees easy accessibility to visit the exhibits.
BOOTH DESCRIPTION - A draped 30" x 6' table with an accompanying chair will be provided. There is no pipe and drape. Both breakfasts and both coffees will be held in the exhibit area. Please refer to the Schedule of Events for an overview of the weekend and exhibit times.
ELECTRICAL / TELEPHONE / AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT - Exhibitors requiring electrical, telephone or internet connections, or any audio visual equipment must request these services in advance. Please contact Jiminy Peak directly at 413-738-5500 for these services.
EXHIBIT SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN - Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit area beginning at 6:00AM on Saturday morning. Please refer to the Schedule of Events for times. At the end of the meeting on Sunday early afternoon, all of your exhibit materials must be boxed up and ready for shipment. You may leave your materials in the exhibit area with the proper shipping documents attached. Please make sure that you have an airbill for your return shipment. All boxes will be picked up by your carrier on Monday morning.
PRE-SHIPPING MATERIALS - Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort has limited storage capacity and will only accept shipment of materials 2 - 3 days in advance of the meeting. Please label all packages with the following information:

Exhibitors are responsible for the return shipping on all packages and boxes.
"The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees form any and all such losses, damages, and claims."
